Bonjour
I have an apply working in 4.2.
I open it in 5.0 (436) and reset all pages to be sure.

  1. Unable to find Wher is the "caption" (1rst page in 42, and in miscellaneous in 5.0 dixit the help)
    In php42


In php50


2) specials char (French like é è à )


result on a web page:


3) In French, the menu tab is the menu caption (those of the 42)

in an another language, the menu tab are the tables name's


4) the "Ajax popup" beetw 2 related tables:

In version 5.0 use Label Editor on Miscellaneous page to edit field labels and table captions.

it looks like you/we need to produce a better help file/howto doc about moving from V4 to V5, and the changes therein.

Unforgivable!!
I posted a subject "label editor" (see below 2008/10/06)

I used it for labels

but don't see we can do the same thing to captions!!
My old age...

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.
Please publish your project on Demo Account and send to support@xlinesoft.com a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.

I'll find what's wrong with your project inspecting it at Demo account site.
