File Upload on Different location

Hi.
I have 2 questions
I want to upload my files to a different location , not on the website i am using php runner on. Like phprunner is installed on www.abc.com and i want to upload files to www.xyz.com. How can i do this ?
I also want to create a folder with the userid with a user uploads a file. Is this possible ?

You'll have to write php code to do this.
