ASPRunner 6.0 is available for download
ASPRunner 6.0 requires new registration keys. This update is free to customers who purchased ASPRunner less than one year ago. All other customers can upgrade for $99.
If you are eligible to get a free upgrade and haven't yet received a new key contact support@xlinesoft.com sending your order number or registration email address so we can locate your order in our database and send you a new key.

New features include:

  • DIV-based templates. This means cleaner HTML code and less "Page need to be reset" warnings. See ASPRunner manual, Advanced topics->ASPRunner templates for more info.
  • Data Access Layer generator. This feature will be a great help for those who need to

    code events don't know SQL. See ASPRunner Manual, Advanced topics->Events->Data Access Layer for more details.
  • New Charts (see online chart builder for examples)
  • Templates Merge

  • Master-details improvements

    Enterprise edition includes all standard edition features and adds online report/chart builder. Report/chart builder integrates into generated application, supports all security modes, uses the same color scheme etc.

I just purchased the upgrad for ASPRunnerPro 6.0. I should have test drive it first. When I run localhost to test it, it runs much slower then last version. So fast, until improvement on the performance, I am not sure if the price of $99 worth the upgrade.

FURTHER MORE:

I don't know if this is due to program compatibility between 5.2 and 6.0. I started this with 5.2, and now switched to 6.0.

When I run build, I am getting crashes just about every other time. So, I better to save my code before I build.
ALSO, when I open existing program, it keeps asking about working directory everytime even I selected it everytime.
Still same opinion after a week+ of use this new 6.0, should have waited till 6.1.

Just one more comment and I stop this. I went back to 5.2, I got no crashes and localhost run just like before, fast.

b 488, does not save or reset the menu page, the drop downs are not always populated for the quick jump menu. I hope it helps.

Calendar template not working.
I purchased the latest calendar template and it does not work with this version. There is an error on the template and I cannot get any response on the support. I would like a refund on the purchase of the template pack since it is not working <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=35940&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbcemoticon' alt=':angry:' /> .
I still have 5.2 running, can you replace the template pack compatible with version 5.2
Master-Detail Not Working_
Cannot add records into 3rd table of the project created. Have to create project in 5.2 <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=35940&image=2&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':angry:' /> but lack the AJAX record preview found on version 6 <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=35940&image=3&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' /> .
