Problem with 'double'-hyperlink

Hello,
i have a problem using hyperlinks in PHPR: If i choose "hyperlink" in any form, the hyperlink isn´t shown correctly in my browser (ie7)

i.e.: my site have the domain www.mysite.com, the hyperlink in my table is www.mycustomer.com.
If i click on the hyperlink-field, the link is shown as "www.mysite.com/www.mycustomer.com".
The table only contains the "right" hyperlink, how can i realize a hyperlink shown as "www.mycustomer.com"
