Hi,
got the following problem that when I linked a master table and a details table the ADD button (in fact the total area ADD / DELETE / EXPORT /PRINT) does not show up, if the details table does not have records associated to the master table.
This means e.g. when I have a master table containig "Company" and I have a details table containing "Contact" it works fine as long the details table does already contains contacts which do match with company (the menu block shows up), but when the details table does not contain any matching contacts of the selected company it turns to the details table but no menu block turns up, which obviously does not allow me to add a new contact for that company.
I used "Display a number of child record" and did NOT use "Hide details link..." I also use NO preview.
I also disabled "inline edit" and "Inline add"
Exception:
When I use "inline edit" and "inline add" the menu with the two ADD buttons etc. shows up as normal.
Any idea would much appreciated.
