cannot receive columon information

I can log on to the database and the first time I go to the table I want I get the information from the table the second time I go I cannot receive the information and I have to go back to connect to mysql and then I can get to the table once and then I have to do this all over again. It is not a connection to my internet that I can tell. Computer show it is connected all the time.

Also please send sreenshots explained this issue.

I did send the problem to that email. I was told it was my host server and now I have called my host server and they have no limitations. It is something in the program. The problem is I can't upload it to the demo site and that is why I sent a screen shot to help to find the problem.
please help.
