upload folder

I want to upload my files to a subfolder http://www.mysite.com/plans/
the edit screen says to "enter the path to the subfolder on server to store the uploaded files"
I've read the instructions and the more info button doen't work.
I tried the full Url just "plans" nothing works except to upload to the root.
seems simple enough but how does this work?

Hi,
Simply enter your folder path name which is the path after the root path of your folder application location:
Example:
If my project is hosted in the MyPHPRProject folder (it is your output directory) and you domain name is www.mydomain.com.

Then you will put your images/files in the folder DB_Files located at: www.mydomain.com/MyPHPRProject/DB_Files

Then you simply ahve to enter DB_Files ine the Upload Folder field of the PHPR GUI (and not the full path)

I can not make this work!!! I got it to work once and now I keep getting this message

pos=upos; this.form.value_addenda.value=path.substr(pos+1);"> right after the browse button
all I want is to be able to browse to upload my file. ok with me to upload it to a field or to a folder on my server.
please help!

uploaded file and sent email check out the addenda field.
