On product list page want a thumbnail

Hi all wanted to know how to have a thumbnail picture on the list page. currently the list page shows the same picture as the view page

Does anyone know how to do this

Hi,
just check off Display thumbnails option on the "View as" settings dialog and Create thumbnails on the fly option on the "Edit as" settings dialog on the Visual Editor tab.
