Are there any error messages?

Are you sure your hosting provider supports the type of database you use (excel, access, SQL, MSSQL...)
Cheers,

I ran into the same problem when Ver 5 came out. I never was able to find a solution other than switching to a new web host. After switching everything worked perfectly.

As a first step turn off "Friendly HTTP error messages" in Internet Explorer to see the actual error message.

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.
Please publish your project on Demo Account and send to support@xlinesoft.com a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.

I'll find what's wrong with your project inspecting it at Demo account site.
