How to display the Master Table/Child Table page with the Master Table

How to display the Master Table/Child Table page (.../MyChildTable_list.php?mastertable=MyMasterTable&masterkey1=88) with the Master Table record (in this case the master table record with ID=88) in a vertical layout (not with table layout)?
