BNB will come up in state, but not city

I had a drop down menu that worked great, then I changed the picture settings and now if I just put the State in the dropdown menu I will get the BNB in that State, but If I put the STATE and CITY I will get a no match found. It was working well, so I have tried everything I know and I can't get it to work like it was.

Ron,
It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.
Please publish your project on Demo Account and send to support@xlinesoft.com a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.

I'll find what's wrong with your project inspecting it at Demo account site.

Jane thanks for the reply I fix the problem. I don't know how. I reuploaded a number of times and now it works.
