Advanced formatting printer friendly page

I have a tblrequestforquote table
Holding quotes information.
Now i am trying to find the best way to get a formatted quote out of PHP runner (for the customers to print and sign).
I have tried to perform this with the Printer Friendly page functionality
I have put a logo and the like, and displayed each records one after the other.

Now i am trying to display some of the data in headers/with breaks/without repetition.
But the only thing i have managed to do so far is just display lines after lines of records.
Whereas i need

  • the customer name to appear beside the word "Devis" (EN: quote)...

This did the trick when i implemented it on the Print Friendly page.
However i am looking for more advanced formatting (Invoice print-out style).
What would you recommend for the design of the Table blocks - Dreamweaver / NVU?

to edit your print-friendly page use built-in Visual Editor.
