installing test version

I've looked through the forum I've sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls and no reply. 2 days I've tried.

I first tried installing the demo then the program and the instructions seem simple enough but it's not working.

I use ftp every day so I know that it should work but it won't connect. is there a way that I can get some tech support?

I have been looking for a program like this for awhile and I really want it to work. otherwise I would give up on it.

So whats the issue you are experiencing? Cannot connect to database?

Please state the nature of the problem with reference to the system you are trying to use, then maybe someone can help?

Patti,
most probably your MySQL server doesn't allow direct connections. In this case you need to use "Connect using PHP" method:

I got it to work by using the ip address.
WOW this is just what I've been looking for!!!!
I built the test real estate one and this is great!
