WHY WAS THAT... >? HOW WILL I FIX THOSE THINGS...

PURPOSE:

my purpose of deleting the folder OUPUT is that to make a new copy of the files... because sometimes i feel NOT confident in opening the generated files because there are times that even if i already changed the html codes inside the visual editor,STILL THE PREVIOUS FILES ARE DISPLAYED.. i refresh already the browser 5 to 10 times....BUT NOTHINGS CHANGED

Smarty error: unable to read resource: "ads_list.htm" :

<< the same with my other LIST pages..>>

Error description Smarty error: unable to read resource: "location_list.htm" where ads and location r my table name....
for clarification:

i was able to use the phprunner version 4.0 before... everytime i delete the files generated, all the files goes back as soon as i REBUILD it.... BUT NOW some htm files are no longer generated... and i guess THAT causes the error... FILES CAN No longer be found on the TEMPLATES folder...
i only found out that DOING RESET resolved the problem BUT i dont feel comfortable with it bcoz i have a lot of modifications in my VISUAL EDITOR... and 1 thing i found that:

THOSE PAGES EDITED IN VISUAL EDITOR ONLY LOST THEIR LIST PAGES.... BUT THE OTHERS ARE NOT...
help me pls.... thnx...
