Include scripting on-page, rather than in code behind

Is there a way to have ASPRunner.Net write the needed scripting into a <script></script> tag on the aspx page, rather than in a seperate, though included, aspx.cs file?

I know that I can move it manually, page by page, after the build wizard is complete, but if there was a way to set this prior to or during the wizard, it would save me lots of time.
