got error adding comment on the register page

I add (eg. user@email.com) on the bottom of username: using Visual Editor tab
but when i generate the codes, it give me an error
not sure if i did the right way but need help how to add your own word in the register field
so that people have an idea what to fill out in that page

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.

my project still on localhost so i will screenshot what happen hope that helps
I'm on the editor tab, on the register page


I go end of Username: then enter and type the following comment below the Username:


I move all the file from output to the wamp server www dir and load the index page


when i click on Register, it pop up this following error


I hope the following step helps...

It seems your register page is broken.
