I creat a group and there are many users in this group. Part of users can add/edit new records. The rest users could list/export the all records added by the users in this group.
Hi, I recommend you to divide this group into group with add/edit rights and group with list/export rights.

Thank you very much for your answer.
But later I found that it was a giant work to divide the group into little groups.
e.g
There is a company, which has many branches in different cities, not departments. All of the branches have the same organizational structure. In each branch, there is a guy whose job is to input the data. The others in the branch could only see the data the guy inputs. So if I devide the group into little groups, the amount of little groups of all branches will reach 100.
