Renaming field names???

hi is there a way to rename field names for display? or is it manual for visual editor??
eg
$var FieldName = Name

$var FieldName1 = Address
Such that on every page all the fieldnames are substituted??

In the choose fileds page, its about the 3rd page into the project, You have Field and Label. You can rename the Label to whatever you like.
