Searching multiple fields

I have a need to get a hyperlink to give a result for multiple fields -like in advanced search- but advance search does not give the string so I can't copy from it.
EG.

http://www.afrdse.co.za/afdsdb/Properties_...&SearchFor=For+Sale&SearchOption=Contains&SearchField=PropType
wil give For Sale from the proptype field.
I now wnat the search string to give above plus Industrial Building from the BuildingType field.
How would this be set in the hyperlink?

Never thought of searching the tips and tricks. Will do that as well in future.
