Some bugs Date Time, Registration, Insert Defaults

Hi,
Some bugs

1. The date time fields with date time picker alway return in "US" format "MM/DD/YYYY'' irrespective of what is set. I'm trying to use "DD/MM/YYYY"
   2.The registration page crashes with this error
   Exception Details: System.InvalidOperationException: The connection name 'BlackhawkConnectionString' was not found in the applications configuration or the connection string is empty.
   I looked in web.config, ther is only 'ConnectionString'
   
2. Inserting records overides database default values. There are some fields where I want the database default value, rather than the null values from ASPRunner. This is with MSSQL, anyway
