ok this is getting ridiculous
I have sent several emails asking for my 5.2 serial number. I paid for the maintenance almost 6 months ago and upgraded from 5.1 to 5.2 when I received the email it was available. 3 emails have been sent to support for my serial number.
SO why pay for maintenance if I can't get a serial number for an upgrade

Sorry never mind he was able to retrieve it in the quar folder. Sorry for my impatience with the serial number
