I know that this is an ongoing issue.. and I read the posting "last year" that said that it might be fixed in a new release. But.... I'm pretty sure that it's still the culprit for my lastest problem.
In moving to a new host, I am stymied once again. Can you tell me which ACCOUNT in the following list is the one that needs to have "write" permissions? I've tried them all and can't seem to find the right combination.
This view is the permissions page for the templates_c directory. Thanks!!

UPDATED (two hours later): I got it to work again... it seems that I needed to allow MODIFY as well as WRITE. And it worked when I gave these permissions to the "Plesk IIS User". Nothing like two hours of trial-and-error. Now I need to go back and see what the original settings for ALL of the other accounts should be.
