Table Error adding a record.

When I try to add a new user with the Registration Page, I get this type of error: Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors.
Twice I got a different error, but I didn't write it down. I think it was an array error?
hopefully someone can help with the multi-part error.
And also, I can login with an account that is already in the system, but if I try to edit it I get the above message as well.

I did so. I'm waiting for some kind of reply.
Still getting this error even though I completely scrubbed my test app (after bcking it up in cas we need it again). I created a brand new test app and get the same errors.
I'm also using a completely different SQL db with a different table. These databases are fine as they are copies of production data.
So, I don't know what else to do.
