WARNING: 4.2 beta 2 (build 349) is a real killer ...

Hi, everybody,

warning: do not use the csv-import function - it kills your data (it does not append, it overwrites and omits / misinterprets data, see example below).

You can still use the Excel import function - it still doesn't work (The filename C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\php6B41.tmp is not readable)

The problem only seems to appear with non-US regional settings (i.e. German, check here, if you are interested for more information).
