why column show default value?

In visual editor, table armanpd's column cusno is set below,

Lookup Table: armhad

link: cusno

display: cusno

This dropdown is dependent on...

category: trno

category: hadno
why cusno has default value, Z11S046, at armanpd_add.php page?
Before, I had set "Allow to add values on the fly" ever at edit as. And add the Z11S046 value on the fly window.

But now, I change the settings as above.
I reset the visual editor and re-set again, it doesn't work.
