dupilicate names in images problem

Hi,

I am using asp runner 5.2 beta, here is what the problem is:
all images are set in the same directory called "files" as defaulted by th e application ASP runner.
if I add an entry:
Id-autonumber

description of the file: manually inputed

image= inputed through application
everything is ok
then I add new information:

different description but upload different image with the SAME file name:
both :previous entry and the subsequent one will have _same image_to be displayed.
why don't i rename the images then you may ask:
it is possible but it has to be done 300.000 times:

since my database uses images generated for a sequence of file.

this is not a solution.

what can be a solution please?
