Hover function giving error on page

Hi. I upgraded to build 391 to fix one problem, but now it seems I have another
I have 2 tables realted. "apps" and "apps_info"

Normaly on the List page on "Apps", the related table (apps_info) shows up and when you hover over it, you can see the details of that related record.

Well, the table name shows and I can click on it no problem, but when I hover nothing pops up. I looked on the lower left corner of the browser and saw "Error on page"

When i click the icon to view the error details, this is what I see:
