ADD on the fly POPUP problem

PHPR 4.2, 348 build, much to my surprise, I could not see the POPUP working under IE7 on a project I had been uploading two days ago, this is most probably NOT a PHPR bug but certainly due to latest IE7 update things, hence just for info purposes.

I've have the same problem with 4.2 348 build. The Add on the Fly "Add New" does not work. I believe this is a bug and not a problem with IE7 since I haven't upgraded. I also recompiled pages using version 4.0 and pop add new works correctly.
