Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01AD) ActiveX component can't cr

I keep getting: "Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01AD) ActiveX component can't create object" and according to some sites I did this: Re-register the scripting runtime engine: Run regsvr32 C:\WINNT\system32\scrrun.dll.
But the problem is stille there.

Try to reinstall script engine:
