I have a Real Estate Solution that I built that I am wanting to have listed by price, here's a link to the site: http://www.greersferryrealestatecenter.com..._properties.php
Here's the actual link (I am using .htaccess redirects for the page name)

Why is this not working for me?

There seems to be a problem with two last records prices. They are not formatted as prices at all.
The rest of records are sorted properly.

Thanks Sergey - after I took a closer look I found out that you were right. I went in and changed the formatting for the client and it works great now.
