Header picture

I was working on my project, then i don't know how, it appears a banner "sample company" and i don't know how to cancel it.

I know that i could go to include directory and change the file header, but after i load the project it appears again, My God I'm really stressed about that, some one can help me ???

Your header can simply be

If you replace the sample logo (super something or other) with your own, theres no way on heaven and earth can it come back!

Don`t forget to save the new file over the old.
