Force menu.php to regenerate

I just removed 4 tables from my menu, but the old menu.php seems to still be there.
Other than uploading all files, how can I force menu.php to update? I think that I am just going to use cPanel, but this is odd.

Ken,
try to reset menu page on the Visual Editor tab, then rebuild and re-upload changed files.
