How to publish the pages

Hi there,
I am using the trial version of this cool product and i have few questions.

1. How do i publish these pages onto my website. I have citrix access only and we are currently using a webpage. We would like to make a link to a search tool that this program has created for me.
   
2. We have multiple oracle database and we use only one web page(same program) and we would like to connect to say 20 different database. is this possible and how can it be done.
