Query is Empty error.....

I have done a bunch of projects with PHPRunner and have never had this happen, I've checked everything I could think of and it matches up to working projects so I can't figure out why.
When I go to my register.php page I get an error
PHP error happened
Technical information

Error type 256

Error description Query was empty

URL www.mysite.com/register.php?

Error file /xxx/xxx/xxx/include/dbconnection.php

Error line 26

SQL query
I've checked all the code I could think to check and can't find a problem. So if anyone has an idea of where the error is coming from let me know.
Your help is greatly appreciated. Especially since this error appeared the day before the site is supposed to be used lol.

your email address seems to have a problem:

opps, better update that email address. All is good. I just redid the project....I was on a deadline and couldn't figure out what went wrong, but thanks anyway!
