How to get in anyway

Hi,

I was wondering how to accomplish the following:

Gaining access to a rmote database while phprunner is unable to connect.
With some hosts it works, with some it does not.

Fact is, every time it works to upload phprunner.php, and the login screen in the browser appears and works too, but when I click on connect in PHPRunner, it tells me it cannot connect and asks me to open my connection script in my browser.

OK, I can open that in my browser, but how can I get past the connect to MySQL screen in phprunner then?
It is like going round in circles.

Please help.
