I am converting some older PHPRunner projects to 4.1. I have completed two successfully - but I can't get the third one to work with modifying the database. The error I get on delete (and edit, add, and inline edit) is . . .

Any ideas what I am doing wrong. I have tried clearing browser cache, even turning off the security - still with no luck. I am using the same databas e for the projects that have converted successfully and the one that isn't
