Connects during build, will not during test

Hello,

I love this product, but I have one major problem I must resolve before I can go further. Probably simple solution, but here goes. During project creation I can connect to a Sequal Sever 2005 Express database, and the test connection is fine. I build it, and all seems well, until I try to preview in browser. The Browser opens (IE) but I get an error that basically says that the connection cannot be made to the database I'm using. I have used Access DB and never had this problem. This will not connect to any other SQL Server DB's I try. I use the trusted connection with Windows authentication; should I set it up to take user and password instead? I do not require user and password to open the Sequal Server management application also.
