Hi there,

I have just bought ASPRUNNER and it's a fantastic tool!!

  1. I want to set the size of the labels in the list view. Where can I change that?
  2. I have data in text field with - (dash). Example: 0047-78-00-9. After each dash a new line begins in list view.
    Example:

    0047-

    78-

    00-

    9
    But I want to have it displayed in one line: 0047-78-00-9

    Is it possible to change that in ASPRUNNER?
    Any help is highly appreciated

hey-
Make sure you have long table lenght for this data field in ....list.asp file.

Hi swat,

thanks for the answer.

The database field is a text field; length is set to 9.

I have strings like 1234-5678 and strings like 12345678.

That means max length is 9. I guess it should work, right?
I'm not so familiar yet with ASP.

Where exactly can I change the length of the field in the ....list.asp file?

I am having the same issue, everytime there is a hyphen it does a linebreak. Tried changing the cell width enormously but the breaks still remain. /boggle

This is the way how Internet Explorer works. If you trying to create wide tables on the list page IE will break some fields into multiline text. The only proved way to prevent this - descrease number of columns on the list page or use vertical layout to display data.
Vertical layout is available in ASPRunnerPro 3.1 which is a private beta now and available to existing ASPRunner customers only.

How can i get hold of the beta version (3.1) of asprunner pro? I'm a new customer not an existing one :-(
