how to show how many records per status

need help again. new to PHPRunner, PHP and MySQL.
I wish to show how many records are there per status.

For example,
Not Yet Paid: 13 records

Processing: 15 records

Paid: 10 records

Pending Approval: 5 records
And when we clicked on the eg. 13 records, then the list of the "Not Yet Paid" will show, 13 rows all.
Can this be done with PHPRunner4.1?
