Probably we release an updated version of ASPRunner Standard at the end of July.

I would like to buy one but I coudn't pay for your support plan because we have a limited budget. And I was thinking if I could subscribe a support later ? That the question to upgrade version.

Sure, you can purchase support later at any time. The same applies to upgrade.
