inline edit and copy

PHPRunner General questions
coolbyte author The copy funktion is not enabled if using inline edit instead the normal edit. Some times ago you promised to solve that in the next version. Did you mean the next major version? I guess you meant an inline copy funktion. Would it be possible to allow just the old copy function combined with the inline edit?

	Hi, Copy and Add features use the same page. If you need Copy without Add enable both these options in PHPRunner then delete Add page link from List page in Visual Editor.
