I am looking for a way to Identify duplicate information that is entered into our system and marking that record with say a red * or something visual to show it's a duplicate. The problum I have is that not all the fields will be exact to ID it as a duplicate, for example in most cases the Claim # field will be exact, in other situations the Loss Date field and the Claimant Name will be exact but Claim # will be diffrent.
I am thinking of putting this in the After Add event. The bigest problum is to get AspRunner to mark a duplicate with say a red star or something. Any ideas how this can be done?
