Questions...........

So far i like this software but I am new to php, can someone walk me through how to set up something like this
I need to make an oncall database to list who is on call, the towns, the product on call for, tech number, name, supervisor and the date range on call for like ( 10/20/07 - 10/27/07)
But i need a page that i can log into to add and make changes and a page that they can go too that is not protected with a search field so they can search when they are on call next. But the key is that the info has to show up Vertically and be able to fit on a PDA screen using mobile 5. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND WALK ME THROUGH THIS using this software please.............
