Undefined Constant Error need help

I just added a new field to an existing project and unexpectedly get this error
error type 8

Use of undefined constant ACCESS_LEVEL_ADMINGROUP - assumed 'ACCESS_LEVEL_ADMINGROUP'

Ive regenerated all the files and re uploaded them to my server ( which is what my level of sophistication limits me to do trouble shooting wise) and the error persists.
If anyone was monitoring this over the weekend and could point out a solution id be greatfull as i need to have this working tomorrow for a client.
