Template Bugs and Visual Editor Difficulty

I am using the latest release ... 5.1 build 324. Also, since there is LOTS of bizarre behavior when using prior versions and projects, I have reloaded ASP Runner Pro, AND regenerated my project. Even with this fresh setup, I am still having these difficulties projects that .. all I do is add my Company logo (no events)...
-some templates give a 'Error on Page' when deployed to an IIS server (Paris seems to be the one)

-slight mods in the Visual Editor don't display correctly in the browser, always resetting

-column mods don't always carry into the Visual Editor, have to reset

-can't get same look and position on different pages... each behaves differently, always resetting

-hidden 'handles' hard to find, don't work as expected, always resetting

-can't size areas to achieve a better look, always resetting

-can't resize 'vertical' view... fonts and table size difficult to change, always resetting

-the AJAX search sometimes breaks
I really like the added functionality, but this version is costing me a lot of extra time to get simple pages done.

Please take a look at these things.

As far as AJAX search goes, please give me more detail, since buiild 303 I have not seen AJAX work properly, in other words, it use to pull up the detail of that table when you mouse over it, now I just get a error message in the bottom left side of screen "error on page" I can't seem to figure out why it is not working.

I was just getting a little yellow caution icon in the lower left of my browser... and the text Error on Page.

Also, I have just traced some of this erratic behavior to the FTP module not sending every up to the server.

I'm going around in circles fix things over and over.

I wish I understand what you trying to tell me.
Be specific. Send me screenshots and step-by-step instructions on reproducing those issues.

Aside from my Visual Editor difficulty.... I think the Paris Template doesn't work. Also I was mixing Templates.. apparently that causes problems also.
