Export to Excel gets 'Page cannot be displayed' error

Hi,
I have a user who just recently started getting the 'page cannot be displayed' error when trying to export data into an excel spreadsheet. Before now she's been fine. I use Offce 2003 and ASPrunnerpro 5.0
She gets to the screen that asks the user to select format. When she chooses excel and clicks the export button, this is when she gets the error.
Can someone please help.
