SQL Server 2005 lookup wizard issue

I'm getting the error "Failed to get list of values from a database. Check out for errors in custom Display expression."
Any ideas what this means? Where is the custom display expression? Thanks.

Was there a solution worked out for this problem. I am experiencing this same problem and would love to know if this was resolved.

I guess this issue was resolved on it's own as screenshot never arrived.

I also get this error message when i configure the lookup wizard like this:
Table: CountryLookup

Link field: BusinessKey

Display field: BusinessKey

Order by: BusinessKey
Everything works fine if I remove the OrderBy.
BusinessKey is of type varchar.
I assume that this error is somehow related to this one dependent dropdown with ajax popup error

Yes my setup is the very same with different table names. And yes once I removed the "order by" the test worked~!
