I just downloaded build 300 and was trying to create from scratch a new database using the templates provided like paypal and such to see how they look. Only nothing! Why don't I see tables and such created with fields and all layed out so that it is like the template. Instead it just tells me to make tables. I thought the template was a done deal and you just use them and it created everything you needed?

Okay I finally figure it out. But instructions on how to do this needs to be improved! The way the instructions sound is like you just click on the image template on the first page, point phprunner to your server and you sit back and wait. WRONG.
You got to dig thru the business templates find the database directory, log on to your server and upload via myphpadmin the db file so it creates the tables. Then you go back to phprunner and open up the project file under the business name to get it going.
Bad instructions. Instead of deleting my comment out after I figure out what to do, I think I will leave this in here so if anyone has the same problem they can find a solution.
template, business, paypal, template don't work
Other than this PHPRUNNER RULES!

PHPRunner is a very cool program! I sure hope I am doing something wrong with the template and that is why it is garbage.
The PayPal template doesn't even come close to the icon picture they show. I expected the template to be running great and instead I get this???? No put in your shopping cart blah blah blah - what the heck am I doing wrong, am I missing something. Check it out: http://www.seeourhorse.com/paypaltest/main_list.php
I will have to try another template and see if they are all like this. Paypal not even close. Plus it shows that a picture shows up on the page and you know what not at all! Why is that? Part of the reason I bought the phprunner is to have a network classified and pictures MUST show up on the list page. I had hoped that the Paypal template would of helped me with this. Instead all I see is a file name.
Am I doing something wrong?????

Not sure what you did, but I am guessing its your Layout and color scheme you tried to use. I Created a new project with PHPRunner 4.1 Build 300 and built it without changes and it looks fine.

Please what layout and color scheme did you use so I can see if I get the same thing.

Hi Kim,
I just opened phprunner 4.1, clicked on the paypal template with a new project, and followed the next/next/next... prompts.
It built a sample paypal template exactly as shown in the thumbnail. No need to muck around with phpmyadmin or anything else to upload the schema first. It does it all for you.

I have the current build 4.2 (373) and trying to use the paypal template. I have an existing database I used PHPRunner to make, however, I cannot get the paypal template to connect to the database. It prompts to add new database, which I did and still cannot connect.
Any ideas?
