Session time out

I am now running ASPrunner V5, and noticed that I get a very short timeout when working on the database and must relogon everytime. I never had that in the past. Other users were timed out also, and I got the docs describing to prevent time out. First of all I could not really find where to change it, so I gave up. Now I do need it as I am timeout also as admin. But I am running VISTA and the previous docs does not match Vista. Who has directions how to overcome the timeout in Vista.

Session timeout can be changed on the server side:

On the client side make sure your browser accepts cookies.

Thanks Sergey, but no luck, changed to accept all cookies, but no result.

On the server I can't do much as it is the system, from my hosting provider.

On the other hand it worked ok in the past, but after the new version is installed, it fails after a few seconds. I have added IIS to my system, and changed the timeout there, but that seems not an issue, I am not working on the local system, but in internet session directly on the hosting system. Is there away to set something in the host?

I have checked with the hosting provider, and he tells me the timeout is at 20 minutes. However I am kicked out ASPrunner within (est. 60) seconds.

What else can I do?

Han,
if session expires that fast it's definitely a browser issue.
I guess you use IE7.
Try Firefox to see if this makes the difference.
