After a record has been added I would like to E-mail that data to one particular E-mail address. I gather you use the After record added, I just require a helping hand to get the code started.
eg.
Subject - (Field 1)
Message - (Field B, Field C) etc......
There will be 11 fields in total, inc date/time, text and auto number.

Use BeforeAdd event and sample action "Send email with new data record"
